I have been there!

I kept thinking if I posted on socials, did the outreach and created amazing programs - tons of value - people would come, they didn't...not at first.

What I realized is that impact is important but you first need visibility and credibility.

When I first started, I knew NOTHING about podcasting and had never been on camera BUT but I knew a lot about how to craft a message, create connections and capture people's attention.

I've spent 16 years pitching companies, brands and myself for collaborations or clients and seven of those working on camera. There were a LOT of stumbling blocks and the one thing I always wished for was a mentor; someone to help me feel confident in my voice and to stand out.

So I became that person for you.

As a wellness entrepreneur and visibility mentor, I help women feel powerful and magnify their voices. It's my passion and my work of 10+ years.
